Your Privacy and the Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you place an order or submit a quote request: your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card information (when placing a order) phone and email address.

The information is used to process and send your orders or price quotations. We also use the information to contact you if there is a problem with your order. We may contact you for feedback on our products, or to inform you about special offers or promotions we think may be of interest.

We do not share this information with outside parties.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, and our online order form is secure. Credit cards are processed when orders are received.

LEAD TIME

Three to six weeks from receipt of order for standard items, longer lead times may apply July through October and January through March.

BACKORDER POLICY

A backorder is automatically created when your request exceeds our inventory. Customers will be contacted to decide whether they want to ship a partial order (if available), hold the order until the entire amount can be fulfilled, or cancel the order. Backorders will be fulfilled as soon as inventory becomes available. Invoices for backorders for out of stock inventory will include full shipping and handling charges or prorated shipping and handling charges (if both available and backordered items are ordered). Your invoice will include shipping and handling charges for backorders.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping is free within the continental U.S. Additional shipping will be calculated for orders outside the continental U.S. Allstate reserves the right to ship from different locations.

PRICE AND VOLUME DISCOUNTS

Price and volume discounts are available on all items based on the quantity ordered. For orders over 2,500 tins, please call us at 973-560-9030 and we will provide a quote. Quote requests are also available through the website.

SHIPPING METHODS

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Time in transit for ground shipping is 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are located.

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Large orders are shipped by LTL. International orders are shipped by the purchasers instructions

SHIPPING AREAS

We ship to all locations in the continental United States.. Orders to Canada are shipped via UPS Ground at additional cost and Canadian customers will be charged separately upon delivery for duties, brokerage fees and customs fees. International orders are subject to review. Wire transfer payments are required for any order over $500.00 shipping outside the United States of America. Additional customs fees or import duties may be applied to shipments sent outside of the United States. These fees are typically assessed once the shipment reaches its destination, and will vary from country to country. We have no control over customs fees, and will not issue credit for customs fees. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the order recipient. Contact your local customs office for further details. Delays may occur during customs processing therefore delivery may take longer than the date given on any shipment confirmation emails. No delivery dates will be guaranteed for shipments held up during the customs process. Refunds will not be issued for items seized or deemed undeliverable by customs officials.

TRACKING

A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order ships. Time in transit for ground shipping is usually 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are located. Tracking information may be requested. Pro numbers and web tracking is provided by email for LTL shipments.

RETURNS

Defective or inaccurately shipped items will be accepted for return or replacement, all others will not be accepted. Items must be returned in unused condition. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to return by contacting 973-560-9030 within 10 days of receipt of your order. Allstate does not accept returns due to customer error, so please check your order carefully prior to placing it.

WARRANTY AND SAFETY INFORMATION

All items sold on our website accurately reflect their current standards and specifications. However, each item depicted or described herein is not necessarily suitable for every kind of use, therefore, unless otherwise stated in the writing, seller makes no warranty that the goods depicted or described herein are fit for any particular purpose. All other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular use, are expressly disclaimed. You should always TEST your product in the container you've selected prior to use.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any damage to the freight company. Allstate Can is not responsible for damage after the shipment has left our facility. Shipping damage must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. All damage claims must be filed with the freight company

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cancelled after being packaged or shipped are subject to a $10 service charge plus shipping charges.
